Lockdown poem We got told to ”stay at home” by the Prime Minister, I didn't moan. I didn't have to go to school at first I thought this was really cool! But then I started to miss my friends and I really wanted this to end. I've done some fun things over this time clapped for the NHS every Thursday at eight I've used every piece of cardboard to make and create. ”Stay at home” changed to ”stay alert” We've been on adventures we've walk so far found old bomb shelters that went down far. I'll go back to school when September comes I would've finished in reception and moved into year one. It will all be different in my class at least I'll be with my friends at last! Some of the words I will never forget from this time are social distancing, Face coverings, NHS, key workers, hand sanitiser, self isolating, quarantine, coronavirus, COVID-19 are only nine.
