Lockdown has changed all of our lives in one way or another. This is my experience of how lockdown has been for me. In the last few weeks that I attended school physically, I guessed that school would be shutting down but I didn't think that much about it; in fact I was looking forward to staying at home with my family! Little did I know that the rest of the school year would be spent at home, behind an electric device. I missed my friends so much that we would try to stay in contact at all times- we would phone each other every day and text once an hour to see how everyone is doing. A month into lockdown and we hardly stayed in contact at all- we were used getting used to lockdown by now and it was fine for the next month. In the third month of lockdown things started to get better. I got completely used to staying at home. One of the positives from lockdown is that me and my family are much more closer now and we spend a lot more time together. I think that things are looking better now I am looking forward to meeting my friends and family in person after the pandemic over. I know that we can meet in person now but I still take precautions ( like wearing a mask and carrying hand sanitiser). I can't wait until it is completely safe to be out and about and I hope that the situation with coronavirus gets better soon!
