I wrote a poem about a bear which was Coronavirus and me being scared, but getting over my fear and becoming strong. I wrote in Homeschool, in April 2020. The Big Black Bear The big, blak, bad bear. The growling monster over there. He's an evil giant grisly. That might take my family. He waches me from the tree His clors are sharpend I can see He dus not let me go outside Daddy gards me on our rides. He watches me splashing in the pool. He watches me in the classroom. He spys on me on the trampirlyn. He is always snifing for me. I want to see my friends again. To play at school with them. To go to Nana's for a hug and kiss. Being far away is what I miss. A vaccine'll punch his barrier down Then I will go all around. To have a happy extraordinary time, As I'll be really fine. By Evan, age 8.
